Wallan Valley Estate has easy access to Mickleham Rd and Tullamarine Airport via Rowe’s lane and Old Sydney Rd when the completion of future Stages allows access.

Wallan itself has a population of approximately 12,000. Its bus service to Wallan Station runs every hour from 5.25am — 7.45pm. The Seymour line runs a frequent service only 40 — 50 minutes to Southern Cross Station in Melbourne. There are three Medical Centers in Wallan and a Primary and Secondary School, as well as further Private Colleges in Kilmore — 15 minutes by rail or bus. Local Wallan Sporting Clubs include Football, Tennis, Cricket, Netball and Basketball.
